1/2 cup Chia Seeds
1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds or Pumpkin Seeds or both
1/2 cup ground Flax Seed Meal
3/4-1 cup water
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 Tablespoon Coconut Amino’s
1/8 Teaspoon Sea Salt (optional)
2 Tablespoons dry Rosemary, Caraway or herbs of choice (optional).
Parchment Paper
1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Let stand for 10 minutes to thicken.
2. Evenly spread mix thin on parchment lined baking sheet.3. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, remove from oven and flip over using parchment paper.
3. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until desired crispiness.
4. Break into bite size pieces.
